Presenting the Interior Project, an Office Commercial Space.

The concept behind designing this 400 sq. ft. office space is to create a minimalist, elegant, and chic environment. We prioritised natural light, which complements the chosen finishes and enhances the overall ambience. A harmonious blend of solid and textured finishes defines the interior.

The office features a compact reception area at the entrance, designed to welcome visitors. This area includes a reception desk and may incorporate company branding or decorative elements for the clients to add.
The core of the workspace is a bifurcated workstation, divided into two sections to create distinct work zones within an open-plan layout. This workstation offers ample desk space for employees to comfortably work with their computers and other equipment. Overhead storage, such as cabinets, helps keep the workspace organised and clutter-free. At the rear of the workstation area, one might find a designated print/copy area with printers, a small breakout area for informal team meetings or discussions in front of the toilet, and additional storage space for less frequently used items.
Supporting this workspace are essential amenities such as a small pantry equipped with a sink, a waiting area for clients or visitors, a toilet, and a large private cabin providing a dedicated space for private meetings and focused work.

The project highlights a meticulously designed curved feature wall that seamlessly integrates with the posterior wall, cleverly concealing a column and enhancing the overall aesthetics and flow of the space, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Complementing this feature wall is a curved boss table with elegantly curved-finished legs, achieved through skilled carpentry, providing ample workspace while maintaining visual harmony. Sleek storage behind the table ensures the organisation and accessibility of essential documents.

The reception table, thoughtfully designed for the narrow entrance, features a slightly higher elevation, creating a visually striking and functional design element.

Finally, the choice of carpet flooring enhances the overall aesthetic, contributing to a clean and polished look while providing a neutral backdrop that showcases the other design elements, such as the feature wall and the furniture.
